We are delighted to welcome the latest member of the TG Consulting family, Abi Adamson. Abi will be joining us as an Associate, specialising in diversity and promoting inclusion within education and the workplace.
Often described as the future of D&I thought leaders, Abi is an inspirational speaker, writer and anti-racism campaigner. After graduating with a film degree and working for major film studios, Abi realized an imbalance of power and privilege in the workplace and in society.
She moved from film into HR and Talent Acquisition where she saw a lot of bad hiring practices and so she started researching more into institutional racism and how that can funnel into the workplace.
She is passionate about inclusion and belonging in the workplace and as an EDI consultant, she delivers workshops on anti-racism, allyship, privilege awareness and more. Abi focuses on being an advocate for equality and helping people overcome the elephant in the room when it comes to having uncomfortable conversations about race.
She's delivered similar sessions to big brands and companies including Spotify, Lululemon and Soho House and has recently had her words featured in publications such as The New York Times.
Abi Adamson said:
“As an academic and someone who is passionate about learning being embedded into our DNA regardless of who you are and what circumstances you were born into, I was incredibly flattered to be approached to work with TG Consulting.
There's so much chaos within the education system right now and unfortunately, with the sad state of social affairs in the world as it is, many institutions have simply lost their way. I love that TG Consulting positively connects educators, employees and students and I'm humbled to be doing my part to help bridge the gap.”

TG Consulting Director & Founder, Tonia Galati, is delighted to welcome Abi to the TG Consulting family and said:
“I am so excited to welcome Abi to TG Consulting. She is an inspirational individual who has achieved great things within inclusion and belonging in the workplace and we are excited to bring this to the education space. We look forward to delivering workshops on anti-racism, allyship, privilege awareness and more for our university clients.
Like the rest of the TG Consulting family, Abi isn’t afraid to address the elephant in the room, which means we can have open and honest conversations and really help break down the barriers and challenges that exist within the UK education system.”
